For our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a driven and analytical Business Controller – Performance & Execution (m/f/d) who wants to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize profitability and fuel our growth.

What will you do?

As our Business Controller – Performance & Execution, you are at the heart of our financial and operational decision-making. You don’t just analyze data, you turn insights into action and drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Your impact:

• Boost profitability and margins: Perform detailed analyses, own the implementation of decisions and improve forecasting, planning and utilization models

• Drive revenue growth: Optimize our training offerings, pricing and schedules and support expansion into new geographies

• Build data-driven tools: Design, develop and refine dashboards, models and analytical tools to empower better decision-making

• Challenge and improve: Actively question existing processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance

What do you bring?

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in business control, financial control or performance management

• Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., Exact, NetSuite, SAP) and operational/booking tools

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on outcomes over perfection.

• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, automation or data visualization

• A solid understanding of business and operational processes
