Job description

Do you thrive on building teams, driving performance, and creating an environment where people can excel? Are you someone who takes ownership, leads by example and feels energized by responsibility in a dynamic, international setting?

Then this is more than just a role — this is your opportunity to build and lead something from the ground up.

For our newest training center in Bremen, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Location Manager (m/f/d).

Someone who doesn’t just manage operations, but truly owns the location, inspires the team, and ensures the highest standards in safety, quality, and customer experience.

Who are we?

At FMTC Safety, everything revolves around people and safety. We are a fast-growing, global organization preparing professionals to work safely in high-impact environments — from offshore platforms and wind farms to ships and industrial sites.

What sets us apart is our flexibility and customer-first mindset. With training centers around the world, we deliver training where and when our clients need it. Our promise is simple: we make it happen — even under challenging conditions.

This requires strong leadership on-site. Leaders who take responsibility, empower their teams, and ensure that every training delivered meets our high standards.

About the role

As a Location Manager (m/f/d), you are fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Bremen training center. You are the driving force behind performance, safety, quality, and team engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you can build, shape, and grow a location from the very beginning — setting the tone for success and making a direct impact on our international expansion.

What will you do?

You don’t wait — you lead, structure, and improve.

You take full ownership of the location and:

  • manage and optimize daily operations of the training center

  • ensure the highest standards in health, safety, and compliance

  • monitor and elevate the quality and performance of instructors

  • drive customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent training experience

  • build, coach, and inspire a strong and motivated team

  • manage planning, capacity, and operational efficiency

  • identify improvements and implement processes to support growth

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Proven experience in operations, site management, or a similar leadership role

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality

  • Experience in safety-driven or technical environments is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German

  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • The ability to balance structure, flexibility, and customer focus

Why FMTC?

Because here, you don’t just manage a site — you build a success story.

  • Lead a brand-new location and shape it from day one

  • Work in an international, fast-growing, and ambitious organization

  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and autonomy

  • Direct impact on team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth

  • Open culture, short communication lines, and room for initiative
