For our newest training center in Bremen, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Location Manager (m/f/d).

About the role
As a Location Manager (m/f/d), you are fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Bremen training center. You are the driving force behind performance, safety, quality, and team engagement.

What will you do?
You don’t wait — you lead, structure, and improve.
You take full ownership of the location and:
manage and optimize daily operations of the training center
ensure the highest standards in health, safety, and compliance
monitor and elevate the quality and performance of instructors
drive customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent training experience
build, coach, and inspire a strong and motivated team
manage planning, capacity, and operational efficiency
identify improvements and implement processes to support growth
Job requirements
What do you bring?
Proven experience in operations, site management, or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality
Experience in safety-driven or technical environments is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English and German
A proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to balance structure, flexibility, and customer focus
