Job requirements
About the role
As a Sales Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for driving growth in the Bremen region and beyond. You are the face of FMTC in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
This role is part of our expansion, meaning you have a unique opportunity to build a client base from the ground up and play a key role in the success of a new location.
What will you do?
You don’t wait for leads , you go out and create them.
actively visit (potential) customers and build strong relationships
identify new business opportunities and generate leads
convert prospects into long-term clients
maintain and grow existing customer relationships
collaborate closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
stay close to the market and identify trends and opportunities
contribute to the growth and visibility of the Bremen location
What do you bring?
Experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role
A proactive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Confidence in visiting clients and building relationships face-to-face
A results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Good command of English and German
Affinity with technical, industrial, or safety environments is a plus
