ABOUT US

FMTC Safety is the safety training center for Offshore training (OPITO & NOGEPA), Wind training (GWO), Maritime training (STCW), and Industry training. Every day people are prepared to work and live safely on a drilling platform or a ship.

At FMTC, flexibility is our top priority! We reduce the burden of the customer entirely in the field of training. We do this through our customer-focused services, flexibility, knowledge, and extra services in addition to our training courses.

In addition to our Marseille location, we also have various locations worldwide; Schiphol Amsterdam(NL), Lage Zwaluwe(NL), IJmuiden(NL), Houma (USA), Dunkirk (FR) and Ras Tanura (KSA).

JOB DESCRIPTION

It's your primary job to make ensure that all trainings are done accordingly to the company requirements. You spot, analyze and answer the customers training needs. This function is therefore very diverse and can vary from setting up the training location to maintain all of the training and office material. You report activities weekly to the location manager.


During your work, you will be responsible for:

  • Train delegates
  • Manage professional and institutional partner relationship for training sessions
  • You verify that all candidates has been found competent and that all information on the certificates are correct.
  • Monitoring the OPITO, GWO or STCW approved training courses to ensure they are all compliance with the standards
  • Verifies correctives and/or preventive actions
  • Participate to establish and reach the QSSE politic targets.
