Who are we?
FMTC Safety is the safety training center for Offshore training (OPITO & NOGEPA), Wind training (GWO), Maritime training (STCW), and Industrial training. Every day, we prepare people to work safely on oil rigs, ships, and wind turbines. At our five unique training locations in the Netherlands, our passionate instructors share their knowledge with national and international trainees. FMTC operates not only in the Netherlands but also has training locations in the U.S., Belgium, France, and the Middle East. Alongside safety, flexibility is our top priority, and we are fully committed to serving our clients. We handle all training needs for our clients through our customer-oriented services: flexibility, expertise, and additional services alongside our courses. A booked training course always proceeds!

What do we expect from you?
Together with your direct colleagues, you will be responsible for planning courses at our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will ensure that the right people and resources are matched to create the best possible experience for trainees attending courses at FMTC.

You will be part of the team that ensures continuous development and training of the existing instructor team and recruits and trains new instructors.

Additionally, you will monitor the quality and efficiency of human and material resources. You will evaluate, continuously seek improvement, and make the right financial decisions without compromising quality. You will work closely with our customer support, instructors, quality team, and location managers.
