FMTC Safety is a full-service safety training company. We offer high quality safety training for Offshore (OPITO), Maritime (STCW), Wind (GWO), and Industry.
At FMTC, flexibility is our top priority! We reduce the burden of the customer entirely in the field of training. We do this through our customer-focused services, flexibility, knowledge, and extra services in addition to our training courses.
We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our facility and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Front Desk Administrator plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and students. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, checking students in for classes, and providing administrative support to ensure the facility runs efficiently.
Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Monday-Friday

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Check students in for scheduled safety training classes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks
Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy and welcoming
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
