Job requirements

About the role

As a Sales Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for driving growth in the Bremen region and beyond. You are the face of FMTC in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

This role is part of our expansion, meaning you have a unique opportunity to build a client base from the ground up and play a key role in the success of a new location.

What will you do?

You don’t wait for leads , you go out and create them.

  • actively visit (potential) customers and build strong relationships

  • identify new business opportunities and generate leads

  • convert prospects into long-term clients

  • maintain and grow existing customer relationships

  • collaborate closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery

  • stay close to the market and identify trends and opportunities

  • contribute to the growth and visibility of the Bremen location

What do you bring?

  • Experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role

  • A proactive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

  • Confidence in visiting clients and building relationships face-to-face

  • A results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Good command of English and German

  • Affinity with technical, industrial, or safety environments is a plus
