For our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Planner (m/f/d) who wants to optimize scheduling, match resources with demand and ensure seamless training operations.

What will you do?

As our Planner, you are at the heart of our training operations. You don’t just manage schedules, you turn planning into action and drive seamless training experiences across our organization.

Your impact:

• Optimize scheduling: Ensure smooth course planning for our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, matching people and resources to deliver the best experience.

• Monitor quality and efficiency: Evaluate processes, seek improvements and make data-driven decisions, without compromising on quality.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Customer Support, Instructors, Quality Managers and Location Managers to align operations and exceed expectations.

What do you bring?

Experience & Skills

• Experience in safety training, offshore, maritime, wind energy sectors or as a planner is required.

• Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• A sharp focus on efficiently scheduling people and resources.

• Hands-on experience with planning tools or systems is a plus.
