Job description

Do you get energy from connecting the right people to the right roles? Are you someone who takes initiative, loves variety, and thrives in an international setting? Then this might be the role you’ve been waiting for.

For our head office in the Schiphol / Amsterdam area, we are looking for an energetic and proactive Recruiter to help us grow our teams across Europe. In this role, you are not just filling vacancies — you are shaping teams, strengthening our culture, and directly contributing to our international growth.

Who are we?

We are a fast-growing, international organization where people and safety come first. Every day, we prepare professionals to work safely in high-impact environments such as offshore platforms, wind farms, ships, and industrial sites.

Operating internationally, we combine high standards, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mindset. We believe that long-term success starts with the right people in the right place — and that’s where you come in.

About the role

As a Recruiter – Talent & People Partner, you play a strategic role within the organization. You are responsible for recruitment at our head office and across our European operational entities. You will recruit both permanent employees and freelancers for a wide variety of positions.

This role has been created due to our strong growth and ambitious plans. Recruitment was previously handled within the business, but we now want a dedicated professional to continuously attract new profiles and build strong teams.

What will you do?

“No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how you like it”

You take full ownership of the recruitment process, from first intake to onboarding, and you:

  • partner with hiring managers to define and sharpen role profiles;

  • proactively source, approach, and engage talent through multiple channels;

  • guide candidates through a smooth, professional, and positive candidate journey;

  • advise and challenge hiring managers to ensure quality hires;

  • actively improve recruitment processes and employer branding;

Depending on your interests, strengths, and ambitions, you may also take on additional HR-related responsibilities.

📍 Location: Amsterdam
📣
Reporting line: Directly to the CEO, and working closely with the Region Manager

  • excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written);
    additional languages such as French, German, or Polish are a strong plus;

  • availability for 24–40 hours per week.

You will work directly with the business... so not in a larger HR team.

Who are you?

You are someone who:

  • is genuinely curious about people and motivated by making the right match;

  • brings energy, initiative, and a positive mindset;

  • values quality and long-term fit over quick wins;

  • feels comfortable in a dynamic, international environment;

What do we offer?

You’ll step into a role with real influence and visibility, where your ideas are welcomed and your impact is tangible. We offer:

  • a competitive compensation package aligned with your experience;
