For our newest training center in Bremen, we are looking for a driven and passionate Instructor (m/f/d) who wants to help build, grow and shape a brand-new location. As an Instructor (m/f/d) in Bremen, you are at the heart of our new training center. You don’t just deliver courses, you create impactful learning experiences that truly prepare people for real-life situations.

What will you do?

No two days are the same and that’s exactly what excites you.

You take full ownership of your trainings and:

• deliver high-quality training courses according to (inter)national standards (GWO)

• prepare, execute and continuously improve training sessions

• guide participants through realistic and hands-on exercises

• create a safe, energetic and engaging learning environment

• contribute to building and optimizing our new training center in Bremen

What do you bring?

• A technical or vocational background (or equivalent experience)

• Experience as an instructor is a plus - your mindset matters most

• Ideally certifications in GWO

• Good command of English and German

• A proactive, flexible and hands-on attitude

• A genuine passion for safety, training and working with people
