About the Role

As Quality and Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that FMTC Safety adheres to the highest industry standards, complies with all applicable regulations, and passes all external and internal audits with outright approval. You’ll not only oversee our existing operations but also spearhead the development of a scalable global quality and audit framework to support our ambitious growth strategy.

This is a hands-on management role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Management: Lead and manage all internal and external audits across global locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GWO, OPITO, STCW, ISO, and more.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with teams to develop and improve lesson plans, presentations, timetables, and scenario descriptions to maintain the highest training standards. Besides, improving our current course portfolio you will also new products which we will add to our course portfolio across all locations.

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement global procedures, structures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a global team of quality and audit professionals, by driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders on quality, compliance, and audit matters.

  • Feedback & Reporting: Monitor customer feedback, analyse QHSE data, and report findings to all relevant stakeholders.

You will report directly to the CFO.

Your Profile

We’re looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A strong background in quality management, auditing, or compliance, preferably in industries such as offshore, renewable energy, or maritime.

  • Experience with global standards such as GWO, OPITO, ISO, or STCW is a strong advantage.

  • Leadership skills to manage a diverse, global team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for driving excellence.
